Strategic Partner Manager

We’re pushing into an exciting new chapter of growth and looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our fast-paced, mission-driven team.

Responsibilities:

  • Become an expert on both our software product and the creator economy ecosystem: understand and articulate the technical capabilities of our platform and offerings so you can train Pico’s strategic partners (agencies, consultants, managers) to sell, implement, and use Pico’s products and services (create training materials, lead training sessions, keep partners up to date of new releases).

  • Build and grow relationships: manage a book of agencies, managers, and consultants as their primary point of contact at Pico. Deeply understand their needs, workflows, and clients. Identify new opportunities from within existing accounts, partnering with internal teams to increase usage and growth.

  • Create and implement Pico’s official partnership program: partner with our CRO to incept and cultivate our incentives, rate card, value adds, and affiliate program.

  • Support community building efforts: connect our partners and pro consultants with various customer cohorts in partnership with our future community manager. Help foster our community of digital creators and drive results for Pico’s growth through strategic partnerships with other agencies supporting these entrepreneurs.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in sales, business development, or strategic partnerships

  • Experience building, maintaining, and growing relationships with agencies (web development and/or audience development agencies and/or talent management), ideally serving creators

  • Experience with high volumes of external-facing written and verbal communications

  • Experience taking on a growth mindset and constantly improving at everything you take on, including utilizing critical feedback as a mechanism to help you improve and the curiosity to experiment even when it that may result in failure

  • Experience working in environments that have deeply vague and undefined problems
