At Pico, we’re building the business platform for creators. And as we enter an exciting new chapter of growth, we’re looking for an analytical and driven marketer to join our fast-paced, mission-driven team to drive awareness of Pico among the creator community and to help us build and execute our integrated marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with our marketing team, internal cross-functional partners, company leadership, external agencies, and affiliate partners to meet key company growth objectives and targets.

  • Owning the strategy, production, optimization, and execution of a variety of marketing content and assets for all stages of our marketing funnels: advertisements, landing pages, emails, and more.

  • Marketing Advocacy: Work with company leadership to meet growth targets within agreed upon budgets and CPAs and build relationships across Pico to be the eyes, ears, and voice of marketing and growth. 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years as a marketing generalist in a growth-stage startup or fast-paced environment, including experience and appetite for creating things from scratch and “going from 0 to 1.”

  • Experience navigating relationships with multiple stakeholders including external agency partners and building growth reports to present to leadership.

  • Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing techniques and funnels, curiosity for all things growth and marketing, strong copywriting skills, and an eye for design.

  • Experience communicating and collaborating in a highly cross-functional environment with teams and stakeholders such as product and customer success.

  • Experience taking on a growth mindset and constantly improving at everything you take on, including utilizing critical feedback as a mechanism to help you improve and the curiosity to experiment, even when it may result in failure.

  • Experience working in environments that have deeply vague and undefined problems while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and working with velocity.
