And as we enter an exciting new chapter of growth, we’re looking for an analytical and driven marketer to join our fast-paced, mission-driven team to drive awareness of Pico among the creator community and to help us build and execute our integrated marketing strategy.

A marketing generalist that has a special obsession with growth and performance optimization.
Comfortable managing campaigns across multiple ad partners including FB/Meta, Google Ads, Tiktok, and more.
Analytical and data-driven. Where others see an excel sheet, you see a path forward.
A team player that’s ready and willing to pitch in on copy, graphics, strategy, and more.
Familiar with AIDA and building rich, engaging marketing funnels is a side-hustle.
Interested in the growing Creator economy and ecosystem.
Lead our performance marketing initiatives from inception to execution, measurement and beyond.
Meet company growth objectives while maintaining a balanced budget.
Employ an A/B testing framework to explore a variety of growth opportunities and hypotheses.
Forecast and model Pico’s growth from a variety of sources.
Manage outside marketing partner relationships.
Communicate growth objectives across Pico, working with a variety of stakeholders from graphic designers to engineers.
Bring rich, engaging campaigns to life that convert.
3+ years experience executing various performance and growth marketing initiatives.
Passion and interest in the Creator Economy, startups, and working within high-growth organizations.
Experience actively managing ad campaigns in Meta’s Ad Manager and Google Adwords.
Deep experience in Excel, SQL, and pulling insights from data.
Strong written and verbal skills
